The strikingly beautiful villa is surrounded by 5 acres of private parkland, where silence and privacy are guaranteed. Daily cleaning (including change of pool towels), unlimited access to golf course (equipment can be rented) and 3 hours free access to the luxury spa at the nearby resort, are included in the price, as well as buffet breakfast at the resort.
The refined residence enjoys a prime location amid olive trees, vineyards and the Emilian hills. The beauty of the large park flows into the splendour of the Giardino di Palazzo di Varignana.
The interior of the villa is characterised by a refined, elegant style that combines classic elements with modern design. On the ground floor is the first Mediterranean Apartment, composed of 2 comfortable double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms equipped with marble. The living areas, spacious and bright thanks to French doors opening directly onto the garden, are ideal for an evening of relaxation and are also equipped with a modern kitchen. An elegant staircase leads to the Panoramic Apartment, with a spacious living room and large bedrooms with modern bathrooms en suite. The master bedroom is characterised by a striking crystal shower connecting the sleeping area to the marble bathroom.
