The holiday apartment is ideal for 4 holidaymakers. The total living space is 60 m² divided as follows.
Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A cozy kitchen-living room with a veranda overlooking the mountains. Entrance hall with wardrobe and mirror. The balcony and windows face south with a view of our beautiful Dolomites.
The holiday apartment is on the first floor of a new building, is accessible via an external staircase and is in a very quiet location.
It is centrally heated with a wood chip heater and is always comfortably warm.
Many hiking routes can be started directly from this accommodation.
