This modern one-bedroom apartment is located in downtown Tampere right next to the Tampere’s Nokia Arena. The apartment 53,5m2 big and it has a large balcony with views over Tampere downtown all the way to Pyynikki and Lake Pyhäjärvi!
The apartment consists of a separate bedroom, a living room with an open-concept kitchen, a bathroom with a private sauna for you to use and a large balcony with windows. There is a washing machine in the bathroom for you to use and a dishwasher in the kitchen. Pets are welcome!
The apartment is well equipped and you’ll find everything you need for both short-term and long-term stays with us. Linens and towels are included. Kindly have your own hygiene products (shampoo etc.) with you.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
