The Home
The apartment is located on the first floor, which can be reached on foot, and opens onto the bright living room furnished with a double sofa bed, an armchair, a TV, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, kettle, microwave and American coffee machine. From here you can access the balcony, furnished with a table and two chairs, ideal for relaxing in the fresh air. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first of which is furnished with a comfortable double bed, while the second, which has access to the balcony, is furnished with a bunk bed and a single bed. A bathroom with shower completes the furnishings.
Amenities such as independent heating for colder days, free Wi-Fi and fans in the bedrooms and living room are available to guests.
The shared swimming pool is available from June 1st to September 15th.
Guests have access to a public parking space in front of the building.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
