Conveniently located off Route 4, you’re just minutes away from the renowned Killington Ski Resort, along with its many restaurants, nightclubs, and ski shops.
Welcome to your beautifully furnished Killington condo, featuring three inviting bedrooms and a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for a relaxing getaway. With abundant natural light streaming throughout the space, this condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.
The living room is equipped with a 55-inch flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for gatherings. The dining area seats six, making it ideal for family meals. The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, and coffee maker, providing everything you need to whip up delicious meals.
The master bedroom includes a queen bed, a smart TV with streaming capabilities, and a private full bathroom for added convenience. The second bedroom features two bunk beds, also with a private full bathroom, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs for your entertainment, and the condo offers complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Things to keep in Mind:
• Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.
• Minimum of 25 years of age to rent this condo.
• Firewood is provided for your convenience.
• Access to Sports Center at Pico Resort is available for an extra charge.
• Ski In/Ski Out is dependent on natural snow.
• Shuttle service is available, though the times may vary.
• Pico Mountain is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, except during peak periods (December 25 – January 3; February 18 – 20).

The Village Square at Pico is a family-oriented community, primarily enjoyed by owners who value a peaceful, safe, and quiet environment. While the Association welcomes renters and encourages all guests to enjoy their stay, we ask that everyone respects the community standards in place to ensure a positive experience for all.
To maintain the integrity of the community, the Association has implemented the following rules:
Minimum Age Requirement:
• Renters must be at least 25 years old to occupy a unit.
Quiet Hours:
• Enforced daily from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM to maintain a restful environment.
No Pet Policy:
• Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.
The Association reserves the right to issue fines or take other enforcement actions if these rules are violated. While they aim to resolve any concerns directly with the rental agency whenever possible, the Association may intervene immediately if the situation requires it.
