As you enter the home, you will be welcomed by the stunning open kitchen, dining and living areas. The downstairs offers a spacious but cosy area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Shakespeare’s birthplace.
The kitchen-dining area is the perfect space to enjoy a meal together, from a quick breakfast to a romantic dinner, you’ll find all the essentials you need in the well-equipped kitchen.
Venture upstairs to discover the beautiful open double bedroom, a serene space designed for relaxation, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Upstairs also boasts a stunning en-suite bathroom fit with a walk-in shower.
The Coach House is perfectly situated for exploring the historic sites, boutique shops and theatres in Stratford-Upon-Avon with the Royal Shakespeare Theatre just a Royal Shakespeare Theatre 10-minute drive away!

Please note:
We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.
For our beloved long-term guests (over 14 nights), there will be a mandatory clean every fortnightly to ensure the quality of your stay. This is a chargeable service at the same rate as the listed cleaning fee.
