As the afternoon sun warms your skin, gather your friends for a friendly board game battle under the shade of a tree. Strategic moves and playful competition fill the air with laughter. Later, head into the vibrant city of Jaipur. Explore the majestic forts, lose yourself in the bustling bazaars, and marvel at the intricate architecture.
As dusk approaches, return to your haven at Talin Farms. Fire up the barbecue for a delicious feast under the starlit sky. Share stories and laughter around a crackling bonfire before retreating to your cosy bedrooms for a restful night’s sleep.

There is a minimalist-designed living room just alongside the rooms.
Includes a sound system, Wi-Fi, 2 double joint-beds for extra accommodation, and comfortable sofa seating.

KITCHEN
Guests can use the kitchen for reheating only.
It is equipped with all reheating essentials, crockery, and cutlery.
Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
LAWN
There is a 500 sq. ft lawn.
There is an open garden with a sit-out space.
POOL
There is a private outdoor pool.
The pool is 20ft x 14ft with a depth of 4ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 1 pet at an additional charge of Rs. 1000.
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
