A Touch of Luxury: The property boasts radiant heat, central air conditioning, and upscale finishes throughout. Enjoy a steam shower and cozy fireplaces in 2 of the 3 master suites.
Spacious Layout: With 6 bedrooms spread out across the home, there’s plenty of space for everyone to come together or find a quiet place to relax.
Great Room: The great room features a see-through fireplace, providing warmth and a cozy ambiance during your stay.
Ample Parking: You’ll have a garage and additional parking for one car, but given the excellent location and the availability of the free bus system, Uber, Lyft, and taxis, bringing extra vehicles is unnecessary.
Perfect Location: Main Street Free Trolly, which you will see often, goes down Main Street to the town lift for Ski access, or the bus station for transfer to Deer Valley.
The trolley starts at 8 AM. If you walk down Main St. to the first intersection, with Swede Alley, right in front of Grappa Restaurant, there is a pickup for the trolley which can take you to the Town Lift for Park City Mountain and the Main Street Transit Center.
Parking: Due to the prime location in the heart of Old Town Park City, parking is extremely limited. There’s space for one car in the garage and one on the driveway. Street parking is not feasible on our road. Be mindful to avoid bringing a large number of vehicles, although with this location, you won’t need them.
Free Wi-Fi with blazing fast Internet speeds (258 Mbps download and 12 Mbps upload) is provided for your convenience.
Getting Around Park City: The Free Park City bus system, with stops all over town, makes it super convenient to explore the area. Simply enter your location and desired destination into OTA Maps, and select Transit as your mode of transport to view bus colors and scheduled arrival times.
