This holiday home with a view over the woods and fields is located 150 meters from Thédirac. In the well-kept garden at the front is a terrace with furniture and a parasol. Take a dip in your own private swimming pool with shower, or relax on one of the sun loungers in the warm sun.
Thédirac is located in the wooded area between Cahors (20 km) and medieval Gourdon (25 km). In Gourdon there are houses and a church from the 13th - 16th century. The larger Cahors is known for its Gothic fortress bridge over the Lot (Pont Valentré) and of course for its wine. Visit the wine castles where you can of course taste (and buy!). Also visit the Grottes du Pech Merle (44 km), the beautiful St. Cirq-Lapopie (50 km) and Château de Cénevières...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
