The property is located in Kanica, peaceful settlement close to the popular summer destination Rogoznica, known for its 54 km long coastline with a number of rocky, sandy and pebbly beaches. The holiday home is located just above the sea side, so has a private beach on its doorstep. It spreads over two floors. Three bedrooms and a bathroom are on the top floor and all three rooms open onto the long, shared balcony with a fantastic view of the sea. Kitchen, living/dining room and another bathroom are on the ground floor. But the great advantage of this property is the outdoor space with barbecue, dining table, lounge and deck chairs, which gives a great sense of relaxation and feels like being by the sea all the time. But if you are looking for more facilities, restaurants with excellent local specialties, bar and entertainment for both children and adults, it is easy to reach in nearby Rogoznica. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
