For your convenience during extended stays, you will have access to this unit’s full laundry room. Guests have access to the entire 2 bedroom condo plus the two reserved parking spaces in the covered parking garage. The building is secure and requires FOBS for entry. The Rocky Mountains are to the West of where you will be staying. HWY 285 and I-70 West will take you into the mountains and straight to the ski areas, while you can hop on I-25 to access Boulder and Fort Collins to the North and Colorado Springs to the South. I-25 to HWY 36 takes you to Boulder and eventually the Rocky Mountain National Park gateway towns of Lyons and Estes Park.
