The building also boasts a rooftop deck, where you can grill out and enjoy the fabulous weather Colorado is known for! The layout: During your stay, you will have access to one designated, covered parking spot in the parking garage next door. Large, modern kitchen with updated appliances, double oven, espresso machine, and drip coffee. Two spacious bedrooms with queen-sized beds (4 guests). Two updated full bathrooms with shower and tub. Dining table with seating for six, plus a comfortable living room with a smart TV. Stackable washer and dryer in the bathroom off of the hallway. Our guests will have access to the entire condo and a covered parking spot in the garage next door. To check-in, guests will need to first find street parking and enter the condo to get the fob for access to the parking garage. The Rocky Mountains are to the West of where you will be staying. HWY 285 and I-70 West will take you into the mountains and straight to the ski areas, while you can hop on I-25 to access Boulder and Fort Collins to the North and Colorado Springs to the South. I-25 to HWY 36 takes you to Boulder and eventually the Rocky Mountain National Park gateway towns of Lyons and Estes Park. Denver is a highly walkable city. In addition to nearby Downtown, RiNo Art District, Whittier, and City Park are excellent choices for strolling. You’re a 7-minute walk to Coors Field and a 10-minute walk to the Diary Block. Prefer to do your exploring on two wheels? Grab a B-Cycle and get pedaling! For those without a car, we recommend utilizing Uber or Lyft. Premier attractions such as City Park, Denver Zoo, and Denver Botanic Gardens are a short, inexpensive ride away.
