There’s something undeniably magical about the La Muette district of
the 16th arrondissement – sandwiched between the picturesque Seine and
the sprawling green Bois de Boulogne, with upscale boutiques and
eateries in between – and this one-bedroom apartment lives up to its
neighbourhood’s allure. With its spacious living room,
vibrantly-coloured kitchen and sprawling private garden, there’s no
shortage of things to love here. LIVING & DINING AREA This long,
expansive room is packed with old-world charm mixed with modern
finishes. As you enter, an enchanting sitting area welcomes you on the
right: a plush sofa beckons you in for some relaxation after a busy day
and can be converted to a queen-sized bed. Vintage armchairs surround
it, all sitting on a rich Persian rug – and all in the light streaming
in from the big sliding doors leading to the garden. On the other side
of the room, the dining table is set for four diners and sits next to a
large shelf system framing the door to the bedroom. GARDEN Walk through
the sliding doors to experience the verdant, spacious private garden.
It starts as a patio, complete with an outdoor table perfect for a
morning coffee in the sun – and then transitions to a large lawn
featuring flowerbeds, hedges and vines climbing up the fences. KITCHEN
This kitchen delivers boldness and creativity in spades. Adorned in a
sky blue with interspersed black checkers, black floor tiling and
timber countertops, this is a truly unique space. Equipped with all the
amenities you’d need, get ready to cook up a storm. BEDROOM Boasting
access to the garden from another large sliding door, this bedroom is
simultaneously at one with nature and swimming in natural light. A
king-sized bed is at the centre, framed by two bedside tables and two
Persian rugs. BATHROOM The bathroom evokes a flavour of minimalism in
its simplicity: adorned all in white tile, its clean, sleek look brings
a sense of calm. In here you’ll find a bath with an overhead shower, a
toilet and a wash basin. WE LOVE The large, leafy private garden – a
rarity in such a dense and sought-after neighbourhood. **To rent this
property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** Home truths:
No smoking, pets or parties. This apartment is on the ground floor. To
access the bathroom, you must walk through the principal bedroom. The
second bed is the pull-out sofa in the living room. Although we always
endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing
photography and description do not provide an exact representation of
the home’s amenities. When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask
you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your
identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide an
official photographic identification document. This enables us to
provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of
security for both our guests and our homes. Please note, Property Manager homes

however, expect to find homeowner belongings and personal items within
