Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- -No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
- -No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
- -$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
- -This is a pet friendly home with a pet fee. However, our policy is: "All Four on the Floor"
- No pets in beds or on furniture. The violation of this policy can result in additional fees for extra cleaning needed for the home. Please pay the pet fee before your arrival. If you have any questions or issues, please contact us.
- -Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee.
- -No FIRES outside of the designated gas fire pit. Fine $200.00 + Cost of cleanup
- -Pets: "All-four-on-the-floor". No pets on bedding or furniture.
