The fenced yard and large deck with new gas BBQ grill, fire pit and outdoor table is close to paved trails and a playground. Many local attractions, and businesses are close.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- -No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
- -No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
- -$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
- -Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee.
- -No FIRES outside of the designated gas fire pit. Fine $200.00 + Cost of cleanup
- -Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS) our policy is "all 4 on the floor" this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. Please make sure your pet is included in your reservation and the fee with automatically be applied to your stay.
