The Neighborhood
The Nomentano district is one of the most interesting because of its socio-cultural history and architectural elegance. It is built around the neoclassical Villa Torlonia, with an English-style park, museums and the sought-after Casina delle Civette, dating back to 1840. There is no lack of pretty little villas from the early 20th century. Besides embassies and international schools, pastry shops, family pizzerias and grocery shops selling organic products are concentrated near Piazza Bologna. Around the University of Rome La Sapienza there are numerous bars and informal cafés, as at Roma Tiburtina Station.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- ATTENTION, READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING:
- - If you want the SOFA BED when booking for 2, it must be requested BEFORE Check-In.
- - LATE CHECK-IN after 20:00 has a cost of 20 euros, after 23:00 has a cost of 30 euros.
- - STAY TAX, NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION is to be paid in CASH at Check-In.
- - SMOKING inside the flat is strictly prohibited!
- - Please RESPECT your NEIGHBOR and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM, especially during the night (10 PM - 08 AM), on arrival and departure.
- - At Check-Out any WASTE should be kindly disposed of outside in the communal bins.
- - If desired Bathroom Kit and EXTRA Cleaning are NOT included in the booking fee.
- - Possibility of NCC on request.
