This villa is located in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County, in the lovely town of Mlini.

The fully air-conditioned villa has a central air conditioning system with fan coil and the possibility of regulating the temperature separately for each room.

This air-conditioned villa provides an outdoor pool and a terrace. It comes with a flat-screen satellite TV and a DVD player. There are two fully equipped kitchens with a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster and an electric kettle. An ice and coffee machine are available as well. The private bathrooms are fitted with a shower and a hairdryer, and one comes with a washing machine.
This villa can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people.
Located just 5 minutes by car from the centre of Mlini 10-20 minutes by foot downhill and has much to offer guests: pebble beaches, a waterfront promenade lined with shops, restaurants, & cafes, a port with frequent shuttle boat service to Dubrovnik and Cavtat, and some of the most spectacular natural scenery on the Dubrovnik Riviera.
