This spacious, elegantly designed villa is located in the dreamy village of Žrnovnica, in a very beautiful and unexplored part of the city of Split. The property consists of sunny terraces, a private heated pool and an outdoor kitchen with a Dalmatian barbecue. The living room and 3 rooms are equipped with an air conditioning system. There are 2 luxury bathrooms.
At 2 km, you have supermarkets and restaurants and you can be on the seabeach at 3 km. The ancient town of Split at 10 km, and the fascinating canyon of Cetina river at 20 km, are great for day tours. Also, the beautiful islands of Brac and Hvar, and the town Dubrovnik can be visited easily.
Upon arrival, you will find 4 parking places. The heated outdoor saltwater pool is equipped with an electrolysis water sterilization system. High-speed Internet, Netflix, mountain bikes, and concierge services are provided.
Split International Airport is at 20 km. There is a free transfer from the airport to this home for 6+3 people.
