Your house offers complete comfort, fully equipped kitchen, modern furnished interior, air conditioning, garden furniture, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Terrace with dining furniture and barbecue is a wonderful place to sit. The house is an ideal place for a large group of friends or large families. In the village of Cara, next to the church St. Peter’s church in the center of the village, grows an old cypress that is protected under Croatian laws for the preservation of nature. The most famous product, besides extra quality olive oil, is the famous white wine Posip. The vineyard and olive press are close to the field and wine tasting in a family wineries is not to be missed. The town of Korcula is a historic fortress town on the sheltered east coast of the island of Korcula.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
