City of Cathedral City STR #BLIC-001627-2022 2BR/2BA condo on the 2nd floor is located in Canyon Shores with 5 shared pools and spas. 7 night minimum 4 guests max. occupancy 2 car max Guests must comply with City’s noise and outdoor activity standards and regulations- No outdoor music, or music from inside being heard outside, anytime No outdoor activities between quiet hours of 10pm-8am Occupants shall respect the neighbors; privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property TOT Rate – 12% for Cathedral City plus 1% for Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District ***IMPORTANT NEED TO KNOWS*** -25 year age minimum for booking -Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ night bookings not booked through Property Manager -IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over -External contract to be signed -Non-Property Manager cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee.
