Welcome to The Landing 213, your peaceful Gulf Shores beach getaway! This charming, low-density complex is just a short 3-minute walk from the pristine white sands. Enjoy the complex’s outdoor pool, BBQ grilling areas with picnic tables, and a fishing pier on the waterside of Little Lagoon. Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living space and kitchen, perfect for relaxing or preparing a seafood feast with the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with pots, pans, and utensils. Enjoy meals at the dining table for four, with extra seating at the kitchen bar. The cozy living area features a sleeper sofa and balcony access. The main bedroom includes a queen-size bed and private balcony access, while the en-suite bathroom offers a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom is great for kids, featuring a triple twin bunk bed, and the shared bathroom has a walk-in shower. For your convenience, there’s also a washer and dryer. The Neighborhood:
Just down the road is The Beach House Kitchen, and the house is an eleven-minute drive from the middle of downtown Gulf Shores with restaurants including the Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Bahama Bob’s and much more. Located just minutes from many must-visit spots including The Track, Waterville, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, putt-putt and other Gulf Shores activities. Get in those turquoise waters to do some fishing with many local charters in the area to show you the best fishing spots. Play a round of golf at the many courses offered in the surrounding areas.
Guest Access:
Parking passes are required $25 each with a limit of two. Please park in the spot marked for 213 directly below the unit. The other parking spots are first come first serve. The condo has its own deeded beach access. Standing at the road facing the gulf, walk about 100 yards to the right & it will be to your left between 2 houses.
No parking of RVs, trailers or watercraft allowed onsite.
