ID is checked upon registration at the resort. - Golf membership transfer is NOT INCLUDED in this property. There is a pay-to-play basis that can be arranged directly at the clubhouse. - Guests will receive the membership transfer form via email before arrival. - Membership includes access to the resort clubhouse amenities with additional cost for membership card paid upon arrival to HOA. - Clubhouse membership transfer is $150 cost covered by the owner required for access to the clubhouse and amenities. - Membership covers two adults in the same household address only. Children under 21 with same address included. - Guests not in the same household may accompany member when using clubhouse. - Additional Fees payable to HOA at clubhouse upon arrival for stay- $10 per person for the clubhouse access card. $25 for permanent barcode (not applicable for rental cars) for gate access. - NOTICE: The office is closed Saturdays and Sundays. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded. If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit. No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
