81 Northcove Road is proudly managed by Batemans Bay Accommodation. This large cliff top home is perfect for two families. Sitting on the top deck looking out to the extensive views across the bay. This home offers fun and exploration for the kids, you’ll be glad you decided to stay. Although only a few minutes walk to the beach, some days it’s just easier to fire up the barbecue and settle in around the back deck for the afternoon. There is plenty of outdoor space for children and a nearby path allows for walking (for advanced walkers) down the cliff to Long Beach or take the car to the beach. Parents please be aware, no fencing at all. This property has a massive amount of outdoor entertaining space with a very large back deck, both overlooking the substantial back yard, great for ball games. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
