You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Navigating around Cascade-Chipita Park and the surrounding areas is convenient from this location. 🚗 By Car: Driving is the most convenient way to explore the area. The property offers free parking, with easy access to Highway 24, making it simple to reach popular destinations like Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, and Colorado Springs. 🚶 On Foot: While the area is more suited to car travel, you can enjoy scenic walks along the nearby trails, taking in the beautiful mountain views and fresh air. 🚴 By Bike: The area is bike-friendly, with plenty of scenic routes for cyclists to enjoy. Explore the nearby trails and roads for a picturesque ride through the mountains. 🚌 Public Transit: While public transit options are limited in this mountainous area, the nearest bus stops in Woodland Park provide connections to Colorado Springs and beyond. 🚖 Ridesharing: Uber and Lyft are available in the area, offering a convenient option for getting around without worrying about parking. 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. 🔥 Fire Restrictions: Wildfires are common in Colorado, so we require all guests to check local fire restrictions before using the fire pit and grill. We require that local fire restrictions are honored out of safety for our guests, the forest, and nearby wildlife. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of your reservation. 🚭 Smoking: Smoking in accordance with Colorado law is permitted outside. There is no smoking of anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home. ❄️ Winter Access: The home is open and accessible year-round, but the last 3 miles are via dirt roads that are well maintained by the county and plowed after snow. Please make sure you are traveling in an appropriate vehicle, especially in the wintertime.
