Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care. To ensure a smooth arrival, we’ll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you’ll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay. For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient. Indulge in a delightful selection of fine wines, hand-crafted beers, and spirits while enjoying indoor entertainment or cozying up by the inviting fire pit. Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate. Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay. Pet fees apply per pet. The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled. You’ll be welcomed by a Service Coordinator upon arrival. After check-in, we’re available by phone or text for any questions or local recommendations. Trash Handling: Please leave garbage cans in the garage. Our team will move them to the curb Sunday evening and return them Monday afternoon.   ↳ Do not place bins or trash bags on the curb—the HOA may issue a fine.   ↳ Trash pickup is early Monday (around 6 AM). Departure Courtesy (Optional):   ▪ Strip used beds and leave linens in the bedroom laundry baskets   ▪ If possible, start one load of laundry—thank you! Guests: Only registered guests are permitted. Unregistered guests are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send us the names of all guests and drivers requiring access. Golf Course Access: PGA West golf courses are private. Only paid golfers may access them. Unauthorized entry is considered trespassing by the HOA.
