There is a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer and a half bath off the hallway. The one-car garage and mudroom offer plenty of storage for skis and gear.

On the second level is the main living area with large windows for great light, Mountain views, and a 55-inch flat screen. There is a free-standing gas fireplace and access to a large deck with a table and chairs. The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops and a Thermador gas stove. The dining table will seat up to 8 and there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen countertop.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
