The apartment: This charming apartment with capacity to accommodate 8 people is located on the second floor of a building with a lift. Your comfortable layout and modern design integrate the dining area and a spectacular living room with a double sofa bed, smart TV and decorative elements that make the space a place to enjoy at any time of day. The apartment features an independent modern American-style kitchen equipped with high-end utensils and appliances. It has three bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other two with double beds. The accommodation also has two modern full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The accommodation has internet access and air conditioning in all rooms. The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us with a maximum of 5 days’ notice. Conditioning works will be carried out on the exterior and interior of the property until further notice. The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out in early June, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in mid-October, in accordance with the protocols established by the community. To bear in mind: IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival. Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest’s identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment. For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation. Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
