At the entrance, you will be greeted by a large and bright living room overlooking two characteristic terraces. The designer furnishings, a fully equipped island kitchen, a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed in the TV area, a study corner suitable for smart working or for placing a single bed, a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom equipped with a surprising walk-in shower, a second complete bathroom with hideaway laundry area, complete this splendid and welcoming residence.

The apartment is also located just over 1km from Seregno station (about 15 minutes on foot) which will allow you to move to the main cities such as Milan, Bergamo or Como/Lecco, comfortably and efficiently. For those who choose to travel by car, we inform you that the apartment has a private parking space which will be available free of charge for the entire duration of your stay. The strategic position allows you to explore the surrounding areas, such as the lakes of Lecco and Como and to organize excursions to the mountains of Valsassina.
