Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. SUPPLIES PROVIDED Freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all guests. Essentials included to start you up: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap. While there may be condiments or coffee available, we cannot guarantee specific items. PET POLICY We allow 1 dog; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor," as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Please pick up after pets outside. No vicious breeds are permitted. No other pets are allowed without Manager approval. A $200 pet fee applies. EXTRAS Extra Pack ’n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity. HOUSE RULES No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone. Primary renters must be 25 years or older. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
