Surrounded by vineyards, the property offers stunning views over the gentle Chianti landscape. The large pool and well-tended garden are perfect spots to unwind, soak up the Tuscan sun and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Set in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, Ginestra provides easy access to the area’s renowned wineries, castles and historic villages. The well-known Rocca di Cispiano winery is just a short walk away and invites guests for a tasting. Beautiful cities like Siena, San Gimignano, Florence and Arezzo are perfect for day trips. Castellina in Chianti is less than a 15-minute drive away and offers excellent restaurants, small shops and a COOP supermarket – we especially recommend the delicious ice cream at Gelateria di Castellina. For larger shopping trips, Poggibonsi is nearby, which also has a train station with direct connections to Florence. The two-storey stone house features two lovely terraces, ideal for al fresco dining or simply relaxing together. Inside, Ginestra welcomes guests with a warm and inviting atmosphere, offering plenty of space for two, two separate living areas – one on the ground floor and one upstairs – and many charming details. The traditional wooden beam ceilings and the elevated position at 511 metres above sea level ensure a refreshing breeze, even in the height of summer, making air conditioning unnecessary.
