This immaculately maintained villa in the hilltops close to the spa
town of Montecatini Terme has stunning views across Val di Nievole and
Montecatini. You will want to spend many evenings eating al fresco in
the garden loggia. Here, the eye travels to a distant horizon, sunsets
are wonderful and lights twinkle far below in the darkness. The olive-
and tree-clad surroundings to the generous private pool are also
punctured by glimpses of the plain below, making it a serene as well as
secluded spot. Yet, the medieval walled city of Lucca is a short
journey and Florence and Pisa are both within easy striking distance.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
