This is a lovely 4-bedroom villa in Calamane. It has a swimming pool and offers a marvellous view of the surroundings. It is great for two families.
The home is 5 km from the medieval town of Cahors, known for its historic ’Pont Valentré’, the oldest Gothic fortified bridge in Europe. You can go canoeing, swimming, sailing and jet skiing on the Lot River 3 km away. Medieval towns such as Saint-Cirq-Lapopie and Puy-L’Evèque are within a half-hour’s drive. Bergerac, Bordeaux and Sarlat are all well worth a trip. You will find a tennis court, restaurant, and supermarket 4km away.
The home has a garden with furniture and a terrace with barbecue. It is child-friendly and has a children’s bed and high chair.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
