Casa Boccaccio is a spacious, design-led apartment nestled in a small
historic hamlet within a former medieval castle comprising ten
residences. This semi-detached retreat seamlessly blends Tuscan

Located in the heart of Chianti Classico, the apartment provides easy
access to renowned towns, wineries, and castles. The prestigious Tenuta
Perano, owned by the Frescobaldi family and featuring its own osteria,
is a ten-minute walk away - ideal for dinner without the need of a
car. The famous Castello di Brolio is just a twenty-minute drive. The
charming village of Gaiole in Chianti, 2.5 km away, offers restaurants,
boutique shops, a COOP supermarket, and bike rental. Siena, Arezzo, San
Gimignano, and Florence are all within convenient day-trip range.
The location is wonderfully peaceful, set in the countryside with
sweeping vineyard and olive grove views. The apartment spans the ground
and first floors. A generous furnished terrace with dining area sits
just outside, inviting open-air meals and relaxation. The private pool
is adjacent and perfect for unwinding.
Inside, original features such as vaulted ceilings, terracotta floors,
