The Space:
This fully equipped property offers a comfortable and convenient stay, featuring a private garden and a spacious living room along with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dinning area.
The accommodation includes three bedrooms, each with a double bed, and an additional guest can be accommodated in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. There are two bathrooms, one of which is en suite for added privacy and convenience.
A playpen is available upon request, making it suitable for families with young children. Located just 100 meters from the city portal and local cafés, and 200 meters from the beach, the property is a 5-minute walk to the city center and Kalamata Municipal Railway Park. Nearby attractions include the Kalamata Public Library and Art Gallery, the Pantazopouleio Cultural Center, and the Benakeion Archaeological Museum.
