It is in the heart of the city. Two double glazed windows look over the streets. With great insulation, you can peek on the vibrant city from the peace and comfort of your flat.
It is a modern newly renovated flat with 2 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms with everything you will need to relax after a day of exploring the wonders of Barcelona.
We would ask for a deposit of 200€, upon check in.
Additionally, we have to collect the tourist tax upon check in (5.50€ per person, per night). It can be paid by card (it has a 2.5% transaction cost).

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
