BEDROOM:
The 2 bedrooms feature queen-sized beds adorned with professionally cleaned and pressed linens. Ample wardrobe space is available for all your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to:

- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast, such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The parking area can accommodate two cars. Additionally, there is free street parking available.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
