"The Retreat". Best described as warm, inviting, modern, and well-appointed, it is well-positioned on Hobart’s Eastern Shore, an easy 10-minute stroll to Hobart’s largest Shopping Centre, and a 10-minute drive to Hobart Airport and CBD/Salamanca. It’s the perfect base for your Hobart holiday!
For your comfort the home includes reverse cycle air conditioning to keep the home cosy in winter and cool in summer. The main bedroom is beautifully furnished with elegant bed linen and an extremely comfortable queen size bed. While the second bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds. The lounge room has a sofa that converts to a double bed (on request) and if you feel like cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and microwave. However, with the large array of wonderful restaurants so close by, why would you want to cook.
There’s an off street parking spot for your car and the laundry has a washing machine/dryer combo.
Certainly, we offer WiFi and Netflix, and we’ve got a selection of board games to ensure the kids stay entertained.
Guests will have full use of the apartment for the duration of their stay.
To enjoy Hobart and surrounds its best that you have a car, however if you need the use of public transport there is a bus stop just next door and a regular service that travels to the CBD.
For larger groups, the house upstairs is also available on Property Manager and can sleep 13 people, so the entire property can sleep a total of 19 guests. And for even larger groups, we also have The Villa at 165 available, which is located at front of this property and can sleep another 6 guests so its possible to accommodate 23 guests across the 3 separate properties.
Please Note the below “Truvi” requirements do not apply to Property Manager Guests.

Hobart’s largest shopping Centre, Eastlands, is an easy 10 minute walk away. Around Eastlands you will also find the usual fast food outlets and also Village Cinema.
Bellerive Quay is 2 minutes drive away it has great restaurants and a great place to relax with a quiet drink or two.
Blundstone Arena, Bellerive Village, and Bellerive Beach are a mere 15-20 minute walk away or there’s a bus stop next door if you need it.
Hobart’s CBD is a 10-minute drive away, as is Hobart Airport. And some of Tassie’s best vineyards are a short 15-minute drive away.
