This is a unique house, consisting of 2 joined old fishermen’s cottages completely renovated in 2023 with all the desired modern comforts. The authentic character has been preserved. You have the feeling of living in the middle of the cosy village. With the terrace in front of the house at the end of a cul-de-sac in the quartier historique. Directly opposite the château de la Napoule.
Ideally located also for families with children as the beach is 50 metres away. Truly a unique location! Baker, butcher, supermarket and restaurants are within 200 m. The little train station is right behind the house. This gets you to Cannes in 7 minutes and Nice airport in 30 minutes. Parking is free in front of the house.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
