This spacious modern villa is 300 m2 in size and is located on an area of 850 m2, close to the sea and the beach. No fewer than 14 people can stay, which is perfect for multiple families, families or friends.
You are right at supermarkets, the centre and nice restaurants. The beach is already 100 m from the house, where you can swim, sunbathe and hiking.
This villa has an entrance via electric entrance gates. There are 3-parking spaces and an extra place next to the pool. The secure villa has 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, air conditioners and a thriving garden with nice seats and terraces. Sunbeds are ready around the private swimming pool. There is a pool house with a summer kitchen and a Weber gas barbecue for long summer evenings.
Parties and young people are prohibited here.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
