Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- EMERGENCY Phone 000 for police/fire/ambulance. Contact host as well through the app or phone 0417 033 987. If you still cannot reach the host, phone 0492 943 340 (for emergencies only)
- COMMUNICATION Use the booking app AT ALL TIMES to message the host. Only phone or text 0417 033 987 if it’s urgent.
- Heating- on the slab heating (Turn on at the control panel between the bathroom and bedroom doors upstairs)
- CHECKOUT Strictly 10am unless otherwise arranged.
- FOOD Help yourself to everything.
- DISHWASHING Please do your dishes before checkout including emptying the dishwasher. Rinse all dishes before putting in dishwasher, use pots and pans cycle and do not interupt the cycle by pausing it or opening the door.
- CLOTHES WASHING Washing detergent, drying rack and iron in the laundry. Use short, cold setting where possible.
- OUTDOOR FURNITURE Cushions for downstairs outdoor dining setting are in downstairs bedroom cupboard. Balcony banana lounge cushions are in the garage. BBQ in the garage.
- BIKES Enjoy the bikes in the garage. It’s the law to use a helmet.
- OUTDOOR SHOWER Rinse off after returning from the beach.
- STOVE There is a BBQ lighter in the top left kitchen drawer if the ignition switch fails. For fan forced, position the dial at '7 o'clock'. 180 degrees at '6-o-clock' on the temp dial. - PETS Keep pets out of bedrooms and off furniture. Clean up after your animals before you check out. There is a pooper scooper for your convenience. Use the organic waste bin with green lid. No plastic bags in there please.
- SMOKING Outside only. Ashtrays on table downstairs and under the kitchen sink.
- BBQ Enjoy the barbecue. We always aim to have it full but if you run out of gas you can exchange the bottle at service stations. Clean the barbecue after use and before checkout otherwise a $50 cleaning fee will apply.
- VISITORS No visitors permitted unless by prior arrangement.
- BINS If you are a longer-stay guest, please put bins out Thursday.
- HOUSE RULES
- *Rudeness towards Flairbnb staff and contractors will not be accepted
- *Smoking is restricted to outdoors, away from open doors and windows
- *Firearms including slingshots are prohibited
- *Fireworks are illegal and are prohibited
- *Property is not to be used for illegal purposes such as but not limited
- to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harbouring fugitives, etc
- *Occupancy of the premises shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as
- not to disturb neighbours
- *No unbooked guests
- *No parties or events
- *Restrictions on pets are outlined in the listing
- At check-out
- *Wash and put away your dishes
- *Make sure all lights, heaters and coolers are off
- *Clean up after your pets
- *Clean the BBQ after use
- *Remove all rubbish and put in correct bins outside
- *Do not wash the linen
