This small apartment building has a total of 4 apartments; one for 4 people and one for 6 people on the first floor and two for 4 people on the second floor, and is located in the bay of Mont-Roig. The apartments for 4 people are being arranged by the owner.
The owners’ apartment is on the third floor and the owners’ restaurant is on the ground floor. The restaurant is only open for dinner and is well known in the area. On Tuesdays they always prepare paella and on Fridays they organize a barbecue. If you wish to attend you can book (payment required). Nobis Los Pinos is also known for its informal atmosphere, where you can spend a lovely holiday. The apartments are comfortable and well furnished and have a balcony with garden furniture. You can use the communal garden, but you can also enjoy the view from your balcony.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
