Welcome to Hermosa Casita Near Crescent Beach! This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is just a 9 minute walk (.4) to Public Beach Access #13 on Crescent Beach!! We include beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels and a pull cart to carry all the fun beach necessities to the beach!
If you don’t feel like a beach day; hang out at the complex pool with loungers, tables & chairs. There is a clubhouse with bathrooms and a small kitchen with lots of tables & chairs. There is a community grilling area with tables & umbrellas. This villa is located on the southern side of Siesta Key with restaurants, bars, ice cream, lunch spots, convenient stores, grocery and specialty shops all nearby. Siesta Key Village is just up the road about 10 minutes by car or take the free trolley ride away!

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
