This property is beautifully situated on the south coast of the island of Fuerteventura. You have all the facilities you need for a dream holiday; from the beautiful private pool to the lovely garden and the comfortable bedrooms. Ideal for holidays with family and friends. There is practically permanent availability on the street in front of the house. It will also be possible to request to park the vehicle inside the garage that the house has. Outside is a small warehouse where the garbage containers in the area are located.
Villa Vinamar is located close to the beach of Jandía and the adjacent 18-hole golf course is also within easy reach. You can swim, sail, fish, dive and windsurf nearby, and hiking and horseback riding are also possible.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
