This villa has 3 bedrooms: the main one has a double bed, a large en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. The other two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds and they share a large bathroom with a shower.
Villa counts on a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso, fridge and toaster, along with an indoor dining table, it flows into the open plan and cozy living room with air conditioning where you will have a comfortable sofa, high-speed internet and a Smart TV with access to Netflix.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
