Two enclosed private swimming pools offer ultimate swimming pleasure. The first swimming pool is located directly in front of your apartment. Within walking distance of the apartment you will find the marina with shops and restaurants, and beautiful bays. The surroundings are beautiful. The beautiful Moraira is 23 km away and the wide sandy beaches of Javea are also worth a visit.
The kitchen is well equipped for preparing delicious meals. The air conditioning keeps the house cool in the Spanish summers. You can enjoy a refreshing dip in one of the two shared swimming pools. A parking space is available for you.
