There is plenty of seating and loungers in the covered areas under both the main house. Other features include an outdoor shower and gas grill. There are 4 parking spaces designated for this property. The garage is not available to guests. The weekly pool heat up to 86 F and spa heat up to 100 F is a mandatory fee of $150/week. Pools are serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance.
