Welcome to Sky Harbor House, a sanctuary for the desert adventurer. The house has been curated for maximum relaxation after a long day of hiking and exploring. You get the best of both worlds, perfectly central to the entrance of Black Rock and hip downtown Yucca Valley with delicious restaurants and great shopping. The Hi-Desert is known for the intense sunsets, endless stargazing, and tranquility. Guests will have access to the entire home and property and will enjoy multiple indoor and outdoor lounge areas, hot tub, soaking pool (May-September only), and two bars for entertaining. THE INDOORS: • 3 Bedrooms/ 2 Bathrooms • Primary bedroom (with en suite bathroom) – King bed • Second bedroom – Queen bed • Third bedroom – Double and trundle bed • Living Room with TV with streaming • Dining room with table • Central AC and Heat for comfort all year • Strong Reliable Wifi • Indoor Bar • House is fully equipped - we provide all linens, bath towels, pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash THE OUTDOORS: • Private Cow Boy Pool (available May-September) • Private Hot Tub • Gas Fire Pit • Gas Grill • Outdoor Dining Table • Fully enclosed backyard • Outdoor bar • Hammocks • OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Professionally managed by Property Manager • RENTAL AGREEMENT There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation • POOL The pool is a cowboy tub used for soaking. NO diving is allowed at any time. Currently, the pool is not heated so if you are booking this home in the colder months, please be aware that the pool is not operable. Available June- September only. • SECOND BEDROOM The second bedroom bed is a double or full size bed. There is a trundle in the room, which is a floor bed. It comes out from under the double and sits on the floor. • OUTSIDE MUSIC Any and all amplified outside music is not allowed per the county code. We do not supply any speakers and we do not allow any speakers at the property. • DIRECTIONS GPS should bring you easily to the property • A/C & Heater The house is cooled and heated by central heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable all year long. • FIREPLACE The fireplace in the living room is currently not available for guest use. • FIRE Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy BUT the propane fire pit located outside if allowed. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane firepit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine. • HOT TUB + POOL - legal Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host’s employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest’s household or guest’s guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host’s agents resulting from guest’s use of the pool. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above. We welcome you and your guests to come to the property without an added security deposit or any extra holds of funds. You will not have to worry about any additional charges for accidental damages!
