The exteriors of this villa boast a terrace at the entrance where you can relax peacefully on the provided beach chairs. You’ll also find a perfect table for enjoying an outdoor meal in the company of your loved ones. The property is located in a residential area, very close to the beach, and with nearby neighbours.
Inside the house, you’ll find a spacious and bright living-dining room equipped with a sofa that, along with the Smart TV and air conditioning, makes the stay more comfortable. The same living room has a table for dining with all the companions who come along. The separate kitchen, with gas cookers, offers all the necessary utensils for cooking during your stay in the villa, as well as another dining area. As for the bedrooms, there are a total of 3 rooms with wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed and space for a cot if you come with a baby. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower (although no toilet). The other two bedrooms are connected by a hallway with air conditioning that cools the rooms. One of them has a double bed, and the last one has two single beds. Finally, the villa has another full bathroom with a shower. Downstairs, you can find a space equipped with ping-pong and parking for bicycles. Additionally, there is a washing machine in the kitchen, as well as an iron and ironing board.
The accommodation is located just 100 meters from the beautiful Playa de Muro, a recommended place to enjoy peacefully the Mediterranean climate characterized by its fine sand and crystal-clear waters. Its perfect location, between the towns of Can Picafort and Alcúdia, allows for varied visits. In both towns, you can find an extensive promenade with different shops, bars, and restaurants where you can taste the delicious Spanish cuisine. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
