For a refreshing start to the morning, the house has a private chlorine pool measuring 5x2.5 metres and a depth of between 1.5 and 1.70 metres. The pool is surrounded by a garden with 4 sun loungers and a parasol where you can relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The furnished porch before entering the house, offers a space to have a quiet meal outdoors. The outside of the house has a shower.
Distributed over 2 floors, the interior of the house starts with the spacious living-dining room equipped with air conditioning. The lounge area has two sofas where you can relax while watching TV, while the dining area invites 5 guests to enjoy the meal together. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils needed to cook during your stay, including an induction hob. This kitchen leads out onto the second fully furnished porch where we can enjoy a good breakfast in the open air. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To finish the ground floor, you will have the first bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe, and a complete bathroom equipped with bathtub. Going up the stairs, you will find the remaining bedrooms, all equipped with A/C and wardrobe. The master bedroom, with an exit to a furnished balcony, has a double bed, as well as a dressing room and a full bathroom with bathtub. The other two bedrooms have two single beds. Finally, this floor has another bathroom with bathtub.
Located in the coastal area of the charming town of Alcudia, 900 metres away we can find the extensive Alcudia Beach, characterised by its fine, golden sand and crystal-clear waters. This beach links the towns of Alcudia and Can Picafort, both of which have a beautiful promenade where you can enjoy a stroll along the beach. In addition, both ports are ideal for enjoying the local gastronomy thanks to the wide variety of restaurants in the ports. The picturesque town of Alcudia, known for its medieval old town, narrow cobbled streets and historic walls, offers an authentic atmosphere with traditional shops and markets making it an ideal holiday destination. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted.
