Beautifully remodeled spacious 1 bedroom, 2 bath that includes AC in the
living room, modernized kitchen, large lanai, and 7th story viewing sundeck
where you can bask in the Hawaii sunshine or under the shade of the outdoor
umbrella, enjoy sunsets, & stargaze at night! It is in the best location
overlooking downtown Kailua-Kona!
Kona Ali’i 707 is a top floor, penthouse condo in the heart of Kona by the
ocean, restaurants, night life, and gift shops! Stay at this retreat and home
away from home.
The primary suite offers a comfortable King-Sized Bed with an en-suite
bathroom with a rain shower head with bathtub/shower combo. A Queen-sized
Murphy bed with Firm Sealy Mattress is located in the living room. The large
sectional couch can also sleep 2 kids comfortably.
The modernized guest bathroom includes a vanity, glass enclosures, and a
front-load washer and dryer as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz
counters and stainless steel appliances. The living area provides a grand
gathering space with high ceilings, dining set, large sectional couch, smart
TV, and various seating areas for you to relax and enjoy quality time. There
is one covered parking space. Beach supplies included!
The pool is pristine and excellently maintained. There is a BBQ for your
convenience at the complex and access to a common area rooftop deck on the 7th
floor with a stunning ocean view. There are cooling trade winds and gorgeous
sunsets. This is a secured complex, with elevator access.
Start your day at a nearby coffee shop then bring home fresh flowers from the
flea market. Spend the afternoon by the Pool or grab some sun on your own
deck. Late afternoon, cross Alii Dr. to join the others on the Seawall
enjoying a spectacular Kona sunset. Then pick from a dozen great restaurants,
watch a bit of volleyball and stop for Gelato or Shave Ice.
